My journey began with a deep-rooted passion for business, manifested in the successful launches of several businesses when I was all of 24.
Some time down the line, I was working in a large accounting firm, and it was there that I discovered my knack for team management and leadership.
I was determined to inspire the employees to excel and I succeeded, boosting overall engagement and productivity.
Recognized for my ability to identify and solve real challenges, I became instrumental in driving the company’s success.
As I sat at important meetings to help with strategies for their clients to up their revenue, it was clear that I possessed a unique skill that could propel meaningful change in people to help them reach their goals.
Driven by the desire to make a broader impact, I ventured into coaching and consulting, initially extending my expertise to a select few clients.
Over time, I recognized the need for a more people-centric approach to coaching, so I developed a bespoke program centered on identifying individuals’ strengths and aligning them with their roles within businesses.
The overwhelming enthusiasm and success that ensued, affirmed my decision and I kept at it, gaining more clients as time went on.
As I witnessed the transformative impact on my clients, marked by increased motivation, productivity and revenue, I knew it was time to go big or go home.
